At OWL, we understand that exceptional customer service is the backbone of our operations, and we are thrilled to welcome our newest Customer Service Representative, Cecilia. She has been with us for just over a month now, and in that short time, she has already made a positive impact with her dedication and commitment to providing outstanding support to our customers. Her experience in logistics and customer relations makes her a valuable addition to the team, and we are excited to see her continue to grow with OWL.

Cecilia is someone who values strong connections, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding joy in the moments shared with loved ones. Much like many of us juggling busy schedules, she understands the feeling of constantly being on the move, ensuring that everything and everyone is where they need to be.

When she’s not assisting customers and helping streamline operations, she can often be found at the soccer field, supporting club and AYSO soccer. With a trip to Italy on the horizon for club soccer, she is looking forward to an exciting new experience ahead.

Beyond her passion for customer service and her love for family and sports, Cecilia enjoys great food, with Mexican cuisine being her favorite. She also has a deep appreciation for music, especially country, Spanish, and timeless oldies. Her energy, enthusiasm, and dedication make her a great fit for the OWL team, and we are excited to have her on board.
