Leading the Way in Trade Show Logistics: Glen Tilly
We’re thrilled to welcome Glen Tilly as our new Director of Trade Shows & Events.
Glen brings years of experience as a logistics coordinator and a strong background in trade show exhibit logistics. His approach centers on understanding each client’s event schedule, goals, and brand objectives to build logistics plans that are seamless, stress-free, and successful.
With an eye for detail and a passion for execution, Glen ensures that every trade show shipment, from pre-show planning to show-floor coordination, reflects the professionalism and reliability OWL is known for.
Elevating Export Operations: Rosalind Turner
Rosalind Turner joins OWL as Customer Service Specialist, bringing with her extensive experience in exports and client account management. Rosalind’s strong operational and documentation skills will help streamline our processes and enhance responsiveness across departments.
Her focus areas include coordinating bookings and dispatch, managing daily client communication, supporting international quoting and documentation, and overseeing export compliance — from Commercial Invoices to AES filings.
Rosalind’s export expertise will help strengthen OWL’s global communication channels and ensure a smooth customer journey from quote to final delivery.
Supporting Service and Security: Krystal Castro
As Client Services & Transportation Security Assistant, Krystal Castro supports both our Customer Service and Sales teams with a focus on precision, compliance, and communication.
Her daily responsibilities include client communication and quoting, shipment tracking, TSA and CCSF compliance, and maintaining standard operating procedures. Krystal’s organizational mindset and customer-first approach ensure that no detail is missed — keeping shipments moving efficiently and clients informed every step of the way.
