In his previous role as Senior Director of Enterprise Customer Operations, he managed one of North America’s largest life science client service centers, leading a skilled team and overseeing significant annual order volumes for major industry players.

Throughout his career, Benjamin has taken on pivotal roles, including National Director of Operations and Regional Manager, where he achieved remarkable results—boosting revenue from $2 million to $16 million—and oversaw critical logistics for COVID-19 vaccine distribution, cell and gene therapies, and cold chain transportation. His proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure situations sets him apart.

In addition to his life science expertise, Benjamin brings valuable experience from global leaders like Google and FedEx, where his achievements in inventory management and operational leadership were recognized for innovation and excellence.
